Terms of Service

LiveAuctionMVP allows users to manage and track the results of fantasy sports auctions in real time. Only one user (the "primary user") is required to create an account. All other users can access a shared view-only link. By accessing and using LiveAuctionMVP, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Permission is granted to temporarily use LiveAuctionMVP for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

You agree to use the service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use the service to transmit any material that is defamatory, offensive, or otherwise objectionable.

Only the primary user must register an account using Firebase Authentication. You agree to provide accurate and complete information when creating your account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.

You agree not to:

1. Use the service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.

2. Attempt to bypass or circumvent any security or access controls.

3. Attempt to access or modify any data that is not explicitly provided to you.

4. Interfere with or disrupt the service or servers or networks connected to the service.

5. Use the service to transmit any material that is spam, or otherwise objectionable.

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to the service if we determine that you have violated these terms.

We strive to maintain the availability of our service, but we do not guarantee that the service will be available at all times. We may suspend or discontinue the service at any time.

We collect and store only the data needed to provide and imporve the Service, including: User authentication credentials via Firebase Authentication, auction data entered by the primary user, and blinded de-identified auction results for future trend reports. The service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Loop Schools, Inc. and its licensors. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without our prior written permission.

In no event shall Loop Schools, Inc., nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

We reserve the right to modify or replace these Terms at any time. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.

These Terms are goverened by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under or related to these Terms shall be brought exclusively in a court of competent jurisdiction located in California.
