("we", "us", "our") operates a fantasy football auction tracking platform (the "Service") designed to provide a clean, simple, and fun experience for users to track their fantasy football auctions. We take privacy seriously and are committed to transparency about the data we collect and how it is used.

1. Account Information: If you create an account (primary users only), we collect your name, email address, and authentication credentials via Firebase Authentication. We use this information to authenticate you and allow you to access your account.

2. Auction Data: We collect and store auction data entered by the primary user, such as player nominations, final bids, and team assignments.

3. Usage Analytics: We collect anonomyzed usage data to imrpove the Service and understand user behavior patterns.

4. Blinded Auction Results: We retain de-identified auction data (no usernames or identifiable details) to generate aggregated trend reports for future users.

Our Service is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

We use Firebase Authentication and Firestore to store all user credentials and auction data securely. All data is encrypted in transit and at rest using industry standard encryption methods. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties.

If you are a registered user, you may: Access, update, or delete your account by contacting us at support@liveauctionmvp.com. Request that we remove your auction data, which will be honored unless it is part of our blinded historical dataset.

We may update this privacy policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page.
